Welcome to The Coverup Function Band
The CoverUp are a professional seven piece Function Band based in Sussex, working all over the UK. They can provide you with high quality entertainment for any event.
With their unique arrangements of classic and contemporary pop, funk and soul songs, they have built a fantastic live reputation by wowing audiences at top venues right across the country.
The all-live show is a seven-piece band, including a brass section fronted be a female vocalist. A four piece band and a Jazz quintet can be offered to suit your needs.
Each of the band members have a mass of experience and are used to travelling throughout the UK and internationally, performing to at top venues including the 02 arena, Montreux Jazz Festival, Shepherds Bush Empire, and The Grosvenor House Hotel amongst many others.
The band works with varied audiences including celebrities, entertainers, royalty and large audiences. Members have worked with artists such as Simon Webb (Blue), Alexander Burke (X-Factor finalist), Mick Jones (The Clash), The James Taylor Quartet and Carleen Anderson (Brand New Heavies). Coverup also appear with and alongside some of the UK's top session musicians (incl. touring musicians from the artists of Beyonce, Chaka khan, Mark Ronson, Natasha Bedingfield, Average White Band, Lemar etc).
The band provides a full PA system and lighting a package as standard. All of the equipment is entirely professional and is constantly being updated for quality and performance.
We work closely with industry professional sound and lighting companies, so we can provide the show and equipment for any size event you may be planning.
